These terms govern your use of aipairprogrammer.com, operated by SaaSsee LLC, a Vermont limited liability company ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

aipairprogrammer generates configuration and instruction files for AI coding assistants and checks existing files for common problems. The free generator and Rules Doctor can be used without an account. Accounts can save workspaces, with limits shown on the site.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and no partial refunds are given for unused time unless the law requires it. Tailored runs are counted per calendar month and unused runs do not carry over. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

Claude tailoring

Tailored rules are written by an AI model from the material you provide. They may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before you use them. Only paste material you have the right to share, and never paste secrets.

Your content and the files you generate

You keep ownership of what you enter. The files the generator produces are yours to use, change and share, including commercially. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run the service.

No guarantee about AI behavior

Rule files guide AI assistants; they do not control them. AI tools may ignore, misread or partly follow instructions, and tool vendors change their file formats. You are responsible for reviewing any code an AI assistant writes, and for testing it before you rely on it. The Rules Doctor's grades are automated suggestions, not a certification.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload the site, to access other people's accounts, or to store secrets such as passwords and API keys. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or end features, including free limits. We will try to give notice of changes that affect saved workspaces.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SaaSsee LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, code or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Vermont.
