Privacy policy

aipairprogrammer.com is operated by SaaSsee LLC, a Vermont limited liability company ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details. If you create an account, we store your email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store your password itself.
• Saved workspaces. When you save a workspace, we store the ruleset you entered (project name, commands, selections and rules) so you can open it later.
• Generator and Rules Doctor input. Text you enter to generate files or paste into the Rules Doctor is processed to produce your result and is not stored unless you save it as a workspace.
• Tailoring with Claude. When you use "Tailor with Claude," the manifest files, file tree and notes you paste are sent to Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model, to produce your result. We do not store what you paste; we keep a record that a run happened and how many tokens it used, so we can count your allowance. Anthropic handles that data under its own commercial terms and privacy policy.
• Payments. Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, your plan, its status and when the current period ends.
• Technical data. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). We record IP addresses of failed log-in attempts for 15 minutes to stop password guessing.
• Cookies. We use one session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information only to run the service: to log you in, show your workspaces, keep the site secure and answer support requests. We do not sell or rent your information.

Do not put secrets in your rules

Rule files are meant to be committed to code repositories and read by AI tools. Do not enter passwords, API keys or other secrets into the generator or the Rules Doctor.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run the site (our web host, Anthropic for Claude tailoring, and Stripe for payments), or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

Workspaces stay until you delete them. To delete your account and everything in it, email support@aipairprogrammer.com from the address on the account.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on the site.
